Director Customer Success

Chris McDonald is the Director of Customer Success at UPS, a position held since 2026. Previously, Chris worked at UPS as an Account Executive and in various sales roles from 2014 to 2017. Earlier experiences include serving as an Assistant Manager at both Enterprise Rent-A-Car and The GAP, as well as leading the Presentation Team at Target from 2006 to 2007. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of Oregon, obtained in 2000.
