Chris Pedley

Chris Pedley has worked in the Industrial Engineering department at UPS for 15 years, beginning as a part-time union package handler in 2000 while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Louisville. After a promotion to supervisor, Chris transitioned into Industrial Engineering, where they have held various roles, including Industrial Engineering Manager and currently serve as the Director of Engineering. With extensive experience in operations, automation, and process improvement, Chris is driven by a passion for developing people and identifying efficiencies. Outside of work, Chris enjoys outdoor activities, coaching, and spending time with family and friends.
