Clive Preston

Clive Preston possesses over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently leading the European Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Centre of Excellence at UPS. Previously, Clive held various roles at UPS from 2010 to 2015, including District Employee Relations & Communications Manager, where they oversaw internal communications for 8,000 employees and implemented employee engagement strategies. Clive also contributed to the London 2012 Olympic Games as an HR Coordinator, managing employee communication and engagement. Clive earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Distribution from the London College of Printing & Distributive Trades between 1996 and 1999.
