Crystal Lassiter is a seasoned leader with a robust background in engineering and sustainability, having served as President of Buildings and Systems Engineering at UPS from 1996 to 2021. During their tenure, they managed a budget of approximately $1.2 billion and led transformative initiatives that resulted in $40 million in savings and the establishment of UPS's first near-zero emissions facility. Crystal holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Norfolk State University. Currently, they are the Sr. Director of Global Sustainability & Environmental Affairs at UPS.
