Dania B. is a Senior HR Leader with a passion for supporting startups and high-growth companies. They currently serve as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Delivery Solutions, which was acquired by UPS, and also hold the position of HR Business Partner at UPS. Previously, Dania managed a Learning Center in Oregon and Washington for Berlitz US and has experience coordinating events and marketing for Inkript and AgilityGrid. Dania is pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the Lebanese American University.
