Dave Carroll is currently the Global Head of Total Rewards at UPS, leading the global total rewards program for the world's largest package delivery company. Prior to UPS, Dave held various leadership roles at McDonald's Corporation, including Vice President of Global Total Rewards. With a background in labor and industrial relations, Dave has extensive experience in managing compensation, benefits, and recognition programs at a global level.
