Dave Spencer

Dave Spencer has a diverse professional background spanning law enforcement, management, military service, and NASCAR. From 2003 to 2007, Dave served as a Deputy Sheriff at the Bradford County Sheriff's Office, overseeing the Warrants Division and participating in the Clandestine Laboratory Special Response Team. Prior to this, Dave held general management roles at Environmental Services and Republic Services Inc. Additionally, Dave worked as a Jackman for Sadler Brothers Racing in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series. In the military, Dave served in the US Army from 1989 to 1993 as an Instructor and Long Range Surveillance Operator, specializing in human intelligence collection. Since 2020, Dave has been employed at UPS as an UPSer, and from 2013 to 2020, served as the Western Region Manager for The Conmat Group.
