Don Simmon

Don Simmon is an experienced airline management leader currently serving as the Director of Crew Resources at UPS, where they focus on Manpower Planning, Crew Scheduling, and Quality Assurance. With a demonstrated history of operations improvement through technical advancements, Don has held various supervisory roles at UPS, including Flight Crew Planning Supervisor and Flight Crew Manpower Planning Supervisor. In addition to their airline experience, they were a Whitewater Rafting Guide from 1997 to 2003 and are currently a Football Official. Don is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Thomas Edison State University.
