Duncan MacLean

Duncan MacLean has over three decades of experience in information security and business systems analysis, currently serving as Information Security Manager at UPS since May 1990. In this role, Duncan addresses Identity and Access Management and Sarbanes-Oxley audits while leveraging SailPoint's IIQ software to enhance user access controls and manage information security risks. Additionally, Duncan manages the UPS Enterprise Resiliency Group and the Security Risk Assessment team, developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Previous positions at UPS include IT Policy and Planning Manager, Project Leader, Lead Business Systems Analyst, and Sr. Business Systems Analyst. Earlier in their career, Duncan worked as a Technical Writer and Technical Support at Nationar / Savings Banks Trust Company. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Writing, English, and US History from the University of Delaware, obtained between 1984 and 1988, and graduated from Ridgewood High School in 1984.
