Elliott Tapp

Elliott Tapp is currently the Associate General Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at UPS, overseeing Global M&A, Strategy, and various corporate ventures. Elliott's extensive legal experience includes serving as a Partner at King & Spalding, where they represented major companies in high-profile mergers and acquisitions, and working at notable firms such as Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Previously, Elliott acted as Corporate Secretary for Ware2Go, a UPS initiative transforming the logistics landscape. Elliott also has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor of Mergers & Acquisitions at Emory University School of Law. They obtained a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science & Philosophy from Furman University.
