Erika Kuhn

Erika Kuhn is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Aircraft Technical Operations at UPS, where they lead a diverse team and oversee critical MRO operations, powerplant engineering, and aircraft acquisitions. Previously, as the MD11 Fleet Manager, Erika managed a team to improve operational reliability through data analysis and collaboration with engineering teams. Erika holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville and has accumulated extensive experience in aerospace engineering and technical operations throughout their career at various companies.
