Frank Romeo

Frank Romeo, SPHR, is a seasoned leader with extensive global HR experience across various sectors, including labor relations, safety, and employee engagement. They served as Vice President at UPS for many years before retiring, during which they were responsible for HR strategies involving major mergers and acquisitions and community relations efforts through The UPS Foundation. Their career at UPS included significant roles such as Human Resource Director for South Europe and Corporate Employee Relations Manager, where they developed employee dispute resolution programs and drove initiatives to enhance employee engagement across a workforce of over 400,000. Frank earned a BS in Chemistry and Biology from New Jersey City University and achieved the Senior Professional Human Resources designation from the Society For Human Resource Management.
