Gary VanderMolen

Gary VanderMolen has a diverse professional background with significant experience in business applications development, project management, and process improvement. At Sony Electronics, Gary served as a Business Applications Developer, focusing on Order Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain systems. At Ricoh USA, Inc., Gary held multiple roles, including Senior Project Manager, where responsibility included initiating process enhancements and managing the Oracle eBusiness web application, and Manager of Process Improvement, where Gary developed a web application to streamline sales order processing. Gary also managed Oracle Applications Support teams, ensuring effective resolution of transactional issues. Currently, at UPS, Gary takes on the role of Product Owner, guiding Scrum teams in the development and deployment of applications for ROAR systems. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Finance from Montclair State University and a diploma in Computer Programming from The Chubb Institute.
