Gavin George

Gavin George has extensive experience in labor relations and payroll administration at UPS, serving as the Labor Relations Liaison to the Workforce as part of the Time & Payroll Transformation Program Team since October 1985. Previous roles include District Labor Manager for both the Red River and Mid South Districts, where responsibilities involved the negotiation and administration of the UPS/Teamsters contract across multiple states. Gavin also held positions as Labor Relations Manager at the UPS Metro Dallas facility, Project Manager for Financial Shared Services focusing on payroll processes for 300,000 employees, and Finance Manager for payroll administration of 25,000 employees. Earlier in the career, roles included Industrial Engineering/Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor. Additionally, from 2006 to April 2015, Gavin served as a board member for America SCORES Dallas, an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of urban elementary school children. Gavin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 1999 and 2001.
