George Perry, CDR USN (Ret), is a seasoned executive, author, and former US Navy fighter pilot with over 30 years of strategic leadership and corporate financial oversight experience. Perry holds a BS in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School. They have flown over 7,000 hours in various aircraft, including the F-18 and F-14, and have served in multiple leadership roles, including Commander of VFA-115 and Senior Vice President at AOPA. Currently, Perry is the Founder and CEO of Ready Deck Consulting and works as a UPS Airlines Captain and Instructor.
