Ismail DOGAN

Ismail DOGAN has extensive experience in IT and network administration, beginning with a role as a Network and System Administrator at Istanbul University from 1999 to 2005, where involvement included teaching networking and Unix systems as part of the Cisco Networking Academy Program. Following this, Ismail served as a Technical Referee and Expert for the Ministry of Justice and Turkish Law Courts from 2004 to 2010, focusing on technical analysis for cases involving internet banking and human relations. Between 2005 and 2010, Ismail held multiple positions at UPS, including Network & Infrastructure Supervisor, overseeing computer networks, system room equipment, and telephony systems, as well as managing IT integration for acquisitions across European countries. Currently, Ismail is the ICT Manager and Europe+TMECA District Telecoms Coordinator at UPS, with a focus on IT management since April 2019. Academically, Ismail holds a degree in Physics from Istanbul University, completed in 2000.
