Jacinda Pine

Jacinda Pine has extensive experience at UPS, beginning as an Operations Supervisor from June 2006 to October 2012, where responsibilities included supervising package car drivers and local sort employees, as well as managing audits for international and high-risk shipments. Following this role, Jacinda served as a Project Management Specialist from October 2012 to May 2023, focusing on customer solutions, triaging requests, and leading significant projects like the Critical Healthcare TOMS implementation. Jacinda possesses expertise in process documentation, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and has received multiple accolades, including two Hero Awards and three Overall Annual Ace Awards. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Thomas Edison State University, expected to graduate in 2024.
