Janeen Taylor

Janeen Taylor is currently pursuing education at the University of Louisville and has extensive experience in industrial engineering, particularly within the airline industry, focusing on process improvement, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies. They served in various roles at UPS, including Airline Industrial Engineering Manager and Industrial Engineering Supervisor, where they significantly reduced internal air lift costs and spearheaded multiple operations improvement projects. Their prior roles included positions at Holm Industries and Cook Airtomic, where they addressed quality concerns and utilized Autocad for equipment placement.
