Jarrod Rabold

Jarrod Rabold is currently the Business Manager at UPS, overseeing operations in Leesburg and managing a team of supervisors and employees to ensure high standards of safety and service. Previously, Jarrod served as a Telerecruiter at Life South Community Blood Center, where they communicated with potential donors and maintained accurate databases. Jarrod's extensive career at UPS also includes roles such as On-Road Supervisor and Human Resources Specialist, where they managed employee training and compliance. Jarrod earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of South Florida and an Associate in Arts from Central Florida Community College.
