Jim Rice has over three decades of experience in application development and IT management. Currently serving as Director at UPS since August 2001, Jim leads the Digital Channel Program, collaborating with Communications and Marketing to establish a strategic roadmap for digital transformation. Prior to UPS, Jim was Vice President of Application Development at eApps.com, where responsibilities included overseeing application development methodology and technology selection. Jim also held roles as Senior Application Developer at eApps and Systems Engineer at GTE Government Systems, contributing to software development and business analysis for major clients. Jim Rice earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
