Joanne Hageman

Joanne Hageman serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at UPS since September 2025 and is also a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle from September 2024. Previously, Joanne held positions including Vice President of Commercial Finance at Chewy, managing a $12 billion revenue portfolio, and Vice President and CFO of Selling Partner Services at Amazon, where strategic financial planning supported $300 billion in sales. Joanne has extensive experience in finance leadership roles at Amazon, The NPD Group, Mattel, Fisher-Price, and General Mills, with a track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives across diverse sectors. Joanne earned an MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Management and holds a BS in Business with a minor in Computer Science from SUNY Geneseo.
