John Hampton

John Hampton is the HR Systems Director at UPS, leading a global team responsible for HR technology administration and support. Previously, they held various roles within UPS, including Human Resources Director and Project Implementation Director, where they oversaw HR operations and managed the establishment of international service centers. Hampton began their career with the company as a Package Sorter and progressed to a Human Resources Supervisor, demonstrating expertise in workforce planning and employee relations. They earned Executive Education at Emory Goizueta Business School from 2002 to 2018.
