John Saunders is a retired vice president of human resources at United Parcel Service, where they were responsible for human resources across all US small package, UPS freight, and UPS store operations from 2011 to their retirement. Prior to this, they served in various vice president roles at UPS from 2003 to 2009, overseeing employee relations, compensation and benefits, and global HR strategies. John holds a degree in liberal arts with a focus on communications and labor from Boston College, along with executive education from Columbia Business School. They are currently pursuing the Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
