Jon Dillon

Jon Dillon is the GBS Global Director of Operations - Collections at UPS, where they lead teams responsible for collection activities across all regions and products. Previously, Jon served as a Credit Collections Supervisor and held various roles, including Vendor Manager and GBS Global Director of Operations - Supply Chain & Healthcare Billing, accumulating valuable experience in operations and process efficiencies. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Fresno, from 2008 to 2010.
