Keith Koch

Keith Koch is a Customer Success Director at UPS, where they focus on developing strategies for small and medium business growth. Prior to this role, they served as a Sales Operations Supervisor and held various positions at UPS, including Account Manager and Marketing Analyst. Keith began their career as a Field Auditor at the Indiana Department of Revenue. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. Outside of work, Keith enjoys camping and traveling with their three children.
