Kelli Barley

Kelli Barley possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served in various leadership roles at UPS from June 2009 to August 2023, including Vice President of Employee Services, Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Kelli was a member of GACE from January 2000 to January 2006. Kelli holds a Master's degree from American InterContinental University, obtained between January 2003 and December 2004, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from The University of Alabama, completed from January 1995 to December 1998.
