Kiel Harkness is the Vice President of Strategy for UPS Europe and Americas. Currently, Kiel serves as the Head of Global Marketing and Business Intelligence at UPS Capital®, a position held since 2020. Previously, Kiel held various roles at UPS from 2016 to 2020, including Marketing Director for the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Nordic countries, and Director of Revenue Management and Business Planning for the Asia Pacific region. Kiel earned an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 2008.
