Kim Netland has a dedicated background in building high-performing sales teams and ensuring their alignment with UPS’s solutions for customers. They served as a Director of Sales at UPS in 2010, where they focused on coaching sales teams and developing strategic plans for revenue growth. Previously, Kim worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Utah, conducting research for the Political Science Department. Currently, Kim is pursuing a BS in Psychology and Spanish and an MBA in International Business from the University of Utah and Westminster University, respectively.
