Kolten Smith

Kolten Smith is currently an HRBP Manager at UPS, having begun their career at the company as a Part-Time Package Handler in 2010. Over the years, Kolten has progressed through various roles in Operations and Human Resources, culminating in the HR Business Partner position in 2016. They have managed the HR function across all UPS centers in Utah and have built strong relationships and effective team management skills nationwide. Kolten holds an Associate of Science in General Studies and is pursuing a BSBA in Business Management from Thomas Edison State University, with an expected graduation date of November 2021.
