Mallory Freeman

Mallory Freeman, PhD, is the President of Global Enterprise Data Analytics & GenAI at UPS, where they lead initiatives leveraging data science and artificial intelligence to drive strategic growth. With a robust history in analytics and operations research, Mallory has held positions such as Senior Director of Advanced Analytics and Director of Data Science and Machine Learning at UPS. They earned a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, following a master's from MIT in Operations Research and a bachelor's from Virginia Tech. Mallory's earlier experience includes research roles at prominent institutions and a consultancy position with the United Nations World Food Programme.
