Margaret Ford

Margaret Ford possesses a diverse background in education and psychological services, with extensive experience working in both school settings and operational roles. Currently a Part-Time Package Center Supervisor at UPS since November 2015, Margaret manages dispatch operations, customer concerns, and administrative functions while ensuring safety and compliance. Previously, Margaret served as a Part-Time Preload Supervisor at UPS, overseeing daily preload operations and addressing various process and safety challenges. Prior experience includes positions as a School Psychologist and Behavior Specialist, where Margaret conducted psychological assessments, provided counseling, and implemented behavioral therapy services for students with diverse needs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
