Matthew Bracken has over 25 years of experience in various roles within public and private companies, federal and state government agencies, and the Department of Defense. They managed new hire orientations at Giant Food and later excelled in exhibition sales with VNU Expo. As an Owner and Operator of Why Cook, they successfully built a seasonal business from the ground up. Currently, as a Director at UPS, Matthew oversees revenue and customer care for a vast number of government accounts, leveraging their deep understanding of complex contracts and customer relationships. They possess excellent public speaking and writing skills, complementing their seasoned expertise in sales and customer interaction.
