Megan Haniger

Megan Haniger is a sophomore at the University of Miami, majoring in Industrial Engineering. Currently serving as the Research Group Lead at UPS, they lead a team focused on optimizing the package receiving and delivery workflow. As a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Megan organizes outreach events to inspire high school students' interest in STEM. Additionally, they work as a copy editor for UMiami Scientifica Magazine, where they enhance the clarity and accessibility of scientific articles. Previously, Megan gained experience as a hostess at The Henry, managing service for large volumes of guests in a fast-paced environment.
