Mikala Bethards

Mikala Bethards is currently an Aircraft Materials Supervisor at UPS, where they utilize their expertise in sourcing and procurement. Before joining UPS in 2021, Mikala gained diverse experience in customer service, working as a bartender at Carrabba's Italian Grill and as a cashier at Walmart. They also served as a summer camp counselor at the YMCA of Greater Louisville and a waitress at First Watch Restaurants. Mikala is pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences at Jefferson Community and Technical College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of Louisville.
