Mike Peterson

Mike Peterson has diverse experience in the food service and education sectors, holding various managerial roles at notable establishments such as CRAFT Beer and Kitchen, Granite City Food & Brewery, and The Cheesecake Factory. These positions included responsibilities such as managing operations and overseeing staff in a brewery setting and a bakery environment. Prior to food service management, Mike served as a Substitute Teacher for Moorhead Area Public Schools. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Teaching with a focus on Elementary Education and Middle School Social Studies from Winona State University and has additional education in General Studies from the University of North Dakota. Currently, Mike works as a Professional Driver for UPS.
