Nancy Bottoms

Nancy Bottoms is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and operations management within the logistics and airline industries. Currently serving as the Director of Training at UPS since September 2019, Nancy has previously held leadership roles such as Director of Freight Operations at UPSCO - Air District and Internal Evaluation Program Director at UPSCo. With a diverse background at UPS spanning from 1983 to 2011, Nancy has excelled in various operational capacities including Worldport Hub operations and air region management. Educational credentials include degrees from Columbia University, Emory University, and the University of Louisville, alongside certifications from the Transportation Safety Institute and Sheffield School of Aeronautics.
