Nathan Kutz

Nathan Kutz has diverse experience in community engagement, human resources, and sales and marketing. As a Resident Assistant at Penn State University, Nathan coordinated educational programs and mentored first-year residents. Transitioning to One Collective, Nathan served as Field Director, where responsibilities included managing a multi-national leadership team and overseeing community engagement programs while leveraging language skills in Turkish. At UPS, Nathan progressed through various roles including Human Resources Specialist and On-Road Supervisor, focusing on recruitment, employee retention, and operational efficiency. Additionally, at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., Nathan created marketing materials and handled lead generation as a Sales and Marketing Associate. Nathan holds an MBA in Business Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Psychology with a business minor from Penn State University.
