Neil Simon

Neil Simon serves as the Securities Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at UPS since October 2018, providing primary legal counsel on corporate and securities matters, overseeing the Office of Corporate Secretary, and managing significant public disclosures and capital raising transactions. Previously, Neil held the position of Of Counsel at Jones Day from September 2003 to September 2018, where responsibilities included advising clients on capital raising, corporate governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Neil's early career included a role as Associate General Counsel at Mariner Health Care, Inc. Neil Simon earned a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.S.M. in Finance from Tulane University.
