Nicole Hall

Nicole Hall is a Senior UX Researcher at UPS, specializing in Research Operations and combining qualitative analytical expertise with a profound understanding of human psychology and consumer behavior. Previously, Nicole worked as a User Research Program Lead at Meta, where they conducted user research for wearable technology and managed diverse participant recruitment initiatives. They also served as a Customer Experience Specialist at Vacasa and Mercari US, where they focused on enhancing consumer experiences and addressing user challenges. Currently, Nicole is actively involved in freelance UX research and consulting, contributing to the UX community through discussions and articles on Research Operations. Nicole is pursuing their education at the University of Oregon.
