Nikkol Zezza

Nikkol Zezza is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and public relations, currently serving as Director of Communications at UPS since July 2021. Previously, Nikkol held the role of Public Affairs and Media Relations Strategist at Purolator Inc. and various positions at UPS, including Marketing Communications Manager and Public Relations and Social Media Manager. Nikkol's background includes managing company reputation, developing communication strategies, and overseeing marketing efforts, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and event management. Nikkol began a career in customer service at TD Canada Trust and gained early experience in marketing and community partnerships through an internship at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. Nikkol holds an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University.
