Paul Carr

Paul Carr has extensive experience in the logistics and sales sectors, particularly at UPS, where roles have included Preload Supervisor and Enterprise Account Executive. As Preload Supervisor, responsibilities included planning and managing preload operations while addressing staffing and training needs. In sales positions, such as Account Executive and Senior Account Executive, Paul focused on generating revenue growth by developing new business and retaining existing accounts, analyzing customer supply chains to provide tailored solutions. In addition to corporate experience, Paul served as Head Coach for Cross Country and Track & Field at Oliver Ames High School, leading the teams to state championships and earning induction into the athletic hall of fame. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
