Phil Duncan

Phil Duncan is a Manager in Training and Development with extensive experience in instructional design and training development. Currently serving as a Training and Development Manager at UPS since 2011, Phil oversees a team of over 30 individuals and manages various instructional and communication projects. Previously, Phil held roles at IBM as a Senior Education Specialist and at Search Technology, Inc. as a Senior Staff Scientist, where they contributed to significant projects in educational technology and training systems. Phil earned a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology from Brigham Young University, along with multiple degrees in psychology.
