Phil Romov

Phil Romov is a Senior Application Development Engineer at UPS, bringing over 20 years of full stack development experience. Previously, Phil served as a Senior Lead Developer at HFA from 2015 to 2022 and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Gracenote from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, Phil was a Senior IT Consultant at Red Three Consulting, Inc. from 2005 to 2014 and a Bioinformatics Research Programmer at the Research Foundation of CUNY from 2004 to 2005. Phil earned a Bachelor’s degree from the City University of New York-Hunter College between 2001 and 2005.
