Rob Hatfield is a seasoned professional in deice operations and compliance management, currently serving as the Manager of Deice, Training, and Compliance at UPS since 2022. Prior to this role, Rob coordinated Ground Services at UPS from 2010 to 2024, overseeing domestic and international deice operations and interacting with the FAA. Rob had a distinguished career in the USAF from 1985 to 2007, retiring as a Master Sergeant, where Rob managed squadron operations and logistics for 125 personnel. Rob is also an alumnus of the University of Louisville, having studied Business Administration, and is a Distinguished Graduate of the USAF NCO Academy in Military Operational Art and Science.
