Sierra Conley

Sierra Conley has a diverse background in sales and operations, beginning with a role as a Sales Associate at JCPenney from July 2013 to June 2014. Following that, Sierra spent two years at UPS, progressing through multiple positions including Package Handler and several supervisory roles, culminating in the position of Air Cargo Marketing & Pricing Supervisor. Sierra also completed an internship in Long Range Planning during this time. Sierra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Louisville, earned between 2014 and 2018.
