Susan Thomas has over 25 years of experience in sales and account management, currently serving as the Growth Development Manager for Customer Solutions at UPS since January 1998. In this role, Susan identifies sales growth opportunities and recommends process improvements. Previously, Susan was the Global Sales Training Manager and Team Lead, where leadership and training of a global sales force were key responsibilities. As Director of Enterprise Accounts, Susan managed a $100M portfolio, negotiating complex agreements for clients across various industries. Earlier in career, Susan worked as a National Account Executive with the United Way of New York City. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from SUNY Geneseo.
