Sushil Poudel, Ph.D., is a Senior Operations Research Analyst and Manager at UPS, where they have been utilizing their expertise since 2019. They previously held the position of Advanced Analytics Manager at UPS Supply Chain Solutions from 2017 to 2019 and served as an Adjunct Professor at Westcliff University from 2021 to 2023. During their early career, Sushil was a Researcher at FedEx, focusing on simulation model development, and worked as a Staff Writer for INFORMS. They earned their Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Operations Research from Mississippi State University, where they also completed their Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and System Engineering.
