Taylor Reilly

Taylor Reilly, M.A., is a talent management leader and I-O psychology practitioner specializing in organizational development and employee experience. With a strong background in leadership coaching, strategic HR planning, and talent assessment, Taylor has held key roles at organizations such as Pinterest, KPMG US, and Comcast. Currently, Taylor works as the Director of Talent Development & Executive Succession at UPS while also pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia. Taylor previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mississippi.
