Thomas Hyafil is a seasoned transformation manager with extensive experience in business development and sales management. They began their career at DHL as a Key Account Manager from 2004 to 2009, before taking on the role of Business Development Manager at DHL Global Forwarding France from 2010 to 2012. Since then, Thomas has been with UPS, progressing from Area Sales Manager in 2012 to the position of Directeur National des Ventes Comptes Stratégiques from 2017 to the present. Thomas holds a Master 2 in Business Management, Sales, and Negotiations from SKEMA Business School, earned between 1994 and 1997.
