Tim Neiman

Solutions Engagement Manager

Tim Neiman has over three decades of experience in technology and training roles, primarily with UPS since January 1994. Currently serving as the Solutions Engagement Manager, Tim has also held positions such as Hub Training Manager, where responsibilities included new employee training for Portland Hub operations, and Human Resource Learning and Development Manager, focusing on career development and compliance training for the Oregon District. As the District Technology Support Manager, Tim managed a team of 32 to address the technology needs of the district, and previously supervised a team of six technicians as Technology Support Supervisor, overseeing technology infrastructure for 27 Oregon facilities. Prior to UPS, Tim worked at IIMorrow as a Field Engineer, conducting systems engineering acceptance testing for UPS products. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and a technical degree in Mobile Communications/Electronics from Willmar Area Vocational Technical Institute.
